Return Policy and Receipt of Order
1. General enquiries
a. How long will it take to get a reply?
All e-mails are replied to within about 24-48 hours. We do not ignore any e-mails, so please do not send more than one e-mail for the same query.
2. Orders
a. Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it? This is dependent on where along your order is at. If the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order, however please feel free to look at our returns/exchange policy. If payment has been made and orders canceled, you may be liable for costs incurred.

b. I entered the wrong address; can I change it?
If your order has not been completed and shipped yet, we will do our best to change the address for you. E-mail us orders@nomadx.co.za or info@nomadx.co.za. Please ensure that your e-mail includes the correct address when you message us, so that there is no back and forth responses. If the order has already been shipped, no changes can be made to the shipping label. Please double-check your address when placing your order to avoid any trouble.
3. Custom orders
a. Can I customize/personalize any items sold on the site?
This service is not available at present, however we look to providing customized offerings in the future.
4. Delivery
a. How long will my order take to ship out?
Orders that are comprised of non-customized pieces proudly ship out within 24 hours.
b. When will I receive my order?
Between 1-5days dependent on the area you are located in. Item does not necessarily ship the same day as the order, the time of order is factored in.
c. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery over R2000 is free, R100 per shipment under R2000
d. Where is my order?
To track your order, please track on the Fastway website, with the tracking number that you are provided in order confirmation.
5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
a. Can I return my order?
Yes, kindly contact us so that we can assist with Returns and exchanges. Kindly find information under return and exchanges Information
b. I’m not happy with my purchase?
If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to rectify. If any item arrives defective, we offer a 100% free item replacement. Please note that all of our jewelry has a rust-&-tarnish-free guarantee.
c. placed 2 orders; can you combine them?
If the two orders are placed within fifteen minutes of each other and are going to the exact same address, our system will combine the orders. Please reach out to us if your orders were placed within 30 minutes of each other, so we can refund one of your shipping charges for you.
Orders placed more than 30 minutes apart from each other, or orders going to different addresses, cannot be combined.
6. What warranty comes with my purchase?
All NomadX jewelry is covered with a Warranty against any rust or tarnish, including manufacturing defects and color fading. We take pride in the quality of our products, and use real 18-karat gold plating and pure stainless steel fills. If you run into any issues pertaining to color fading or rusting, please reach out to us and we will replace your item for free.
7. Rewards
How do I earn reward points?
Click here and get signed up. Now all of your purchases will earn you points. Make sure you’re logged in when you place your order. It’s that simple! For every R100 you spend at NomadX, you get 1 point. 25 points points and up gets a voucher, to be used as store credit. (Please let us know if this is possible and how can we maintain on online profile?)
After signing up for our NomadX Reward Tribe , you’ll receive codes whenever you have a discount to redeem. Then you can enter that code in checkout to receive your discount.
